1、剛采購過來的沼氣發(fā)電機組，在運行了50個小時建議進(jìn)行一次常規(guī)保養(yǎng)，因為機組的磨合期的保養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要，操作人員必須經(jīng)常檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組進(jìn)氣管路，防止沼氣泄漏和冷凝水過多而影響供氣。

1. The newly purchased biogas generator unit is recommended to undergo routine maintenance after running for 50 hours, as the maintenance during the running-in period of the unit is crucial. Operators must regularly check the intake pipeline of the biogas generator unit to prevent biogas leakage and excessive condensate from affecting the gas supply.

2、沼氣發(fā)電機工作時應(yīng)經(jīng)常巡視、檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組的運行情況，沼氣脫硫及穩(wěn)壓、防爆裝置，另外，為了防止進(jìn)氣管回火引起沼氣管路發(fā)生爆炸，應(yīng)在沼氣供應(yīng)管路上安置防回火與防爆裝置，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)及時調(diào)整或上報有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

2. During the operation of the biogas generator, regular inspections and inspections should be conducted on the operation of the biogas generator unit, as well as on the biogas desulfurization, voltage stabilization, and explosion-proof devices. In addition, to prevent the explosion of the biogas pipeline caused by the backfire of the intake pipe, anti backfire and explosion-proof devices should be installed on the biogas supply pipeline. Any problems should be promptly adjusted or reported to relevant leaders.

3、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)：沼氣發(fā)電機在運行中，操作人員應(yīng)隨時掌握負(fù)載變化情況并應(yīng)對沼氣發(fā)電機的大負(fù)荷進(jìn)行限制，在進(jìn)氣總管上，需加裝一套沼氣一空氣混合器，以調(diào)節(jié)空燃比和混合氣進(jìn)氣量。

3. Air intake system: During the operation of the biogas generator, operators should always be aware of the load changes and limit the maximum load of the biogas generator. A set of biogas air mixer needs to be installed on the main intake pipe to adjust the air fuel ratio and mixed gas intake.

4、發(fā)動機：沼氣的燃燒速度很慢，所以對沼氣發(fā)動機有較高的要求。沼氣發(fā)電機的過濾裝置應(yīng)定期清洗。

4. Engine: The combustion speed of biogas is very slow, so there are high requirements for biogas engines. The filtration device of the biogas generator should be cleaned regularly.

5、調(diào)速系統(tǒng)：沼氣發(fā)電機組沼氣進(jìn)氣壓力不得低于1.8kPa，沼氣發(fā)動機的運行場合是和發(fā)電機一起以用電設(shè)備為負(fù)荷進(jìn)行運轉(zhuǎn)，為了確保發(fā)電機正常發(fā)電，沼氣發(fā)動機上的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)必不可少。

5. Speed regulation system: The biogas intake pressure of the biogas generator unit shall not be less than 1.8kPa. The biogas engine operates together with the generator and operates under the load of electrical equipment.
